Speculation surrounding Tutankhamun’s death has been rife since his tomb was broken into in 1922 by archaeologist Howard Carter.

    Yes, In 1968, the mummy of Tutankhamun was taken out of the tomb for X-Ray analysis, which showed a small chipped bone in his skull. This led to the theory that Tutankhamun may have been hit with a hard object on the head, which led to his death.
